Job description

As a Data Analyst at TeePublic you'll support multiple internal teams to surface key data insights that will have a major impact on the strategy and focus of the company. 


Responsibilities 


  • Gather salesforce UI/UX and data requirements from community outreach, account management, affiliate outreach and affiliate account management teams. 
  • Implement or liaise with product and dev to execute salesforce UI/UX and metabase data requirements for community outreach, account management, affiliate outreach and affiliate account management teams.
  • Gather Marketo nurture/campaign requirements from community outreach, account management, affiliate outreach and affiliate account management teams. 
  • Implement Marketo nurture/campaigns for community outreach, account management, affiliate outreach and affiliate account management teams. 
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for all community and affiliate teams.  
  • Provide data insights and reporting ideas to community and affiliate teams to help them reach their goals. 
  • Work with product and dev to develop clean and sustainable data collection through salesforce, marketo and teepublic.com to ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Build reporting dashboards that make data consumption easy and efficient for internal teams.
  • Work with internal teams to decipher data insights and build strategy.   

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree 

2+ years of relevant professional experience 
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)

Intermediate experience building reports in salesforce

Track record retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Salesforce.com, other CRM or data management/BI systems 
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM administration and/or Salesforce.com reporting.

Experience building campaigns/reports in Marketo. 

Experience with BI tool like Looker, Metabase or Tableau. 

Understanding of Statistics and stat tools like R or JMP.  
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
