As a TeePublic Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in managing our paid search and paid social marketing initiatives.


  • Administer and manage all AdWords campaigns for TeePublic and Busted Tees
  • Administer and manage all paid social campaigns for TeePublic and Busted Tees
  • Perform daily AdWords and Facebook Business Manager account oversight
  • Execute tests, analyze data, identify insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Provide weekly reporting and updates for paid search and social channels on all major KPIs, using all relevant analytics tools (AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics)
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Provide strategic initiative recommendations as part of the larger marketing strategy


  • At least 4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid search (PPC), and paid social marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Well versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience with AdWords, Bing, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
  • AdWords certification a plus, but not required
  • Detail oriented
